Number of proxies has reached 200 000

Latvijas Banka's Proxy Registry "Instant Links" already has more than 200 000 users. This many Latvian and Estonian residents have chosen to make instant payments based on phone numbers rather than burden themselves and others with the need to memorise bank account numbers.
