The Regulation on Electronic Information Exchange with Latvijas Banka specifies the procedure for data submission.
Requirements for compiling and submitting data are set out in Latvijas Banka's regulations governing:
- the requirements and procedure for compiling and submitting the statistical data;
- the requirements and procedure for preparing and submitting the information necessary for supervision of financial market participants, application of resolution tools and implementation of compensation disbursement schemes;
- the procedure for the data entry in the Credit Register.
