A natural person shall authenticate on the Register's website for electronic servicing of natural persons (address: https://manidati.kreg.lv) only with a person's identity document issued in the Republic of Latvia. A natural person can receive electronically the Credit Register data only pertaining to him/her.
To access the Credit Register e-service website for natural persons:
- prepare your computer for work with an identification card issued in the Republic of Latvia (eID card)
- insert your eID card in the smartcard reader smartcard reader
- connect to the Credit Register e-service website for natural persons via the link: https://manidati.kreg.lv
- enter PIN1 code of your eID card.
The person will be able to receive the service if a correct PIN1 is entered and the authentification certificate included in the person's eID card is valid (its validity term has not expired and its operation is not suspended).
The Credit Register e-service website for natural persons can be accessed by using Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 8 or later), Google Chrome (Version 3.0 or later), Mozilla Firefox (Version 20 or later) or Safari (Version 3.2 or later).
