The European Central Bank has launched a public consultation on the draft ECB Regulation on infringement procedures in cases of non-compliance with statistical reporting requirements and repealing the Decision of the European Central Bank of 19 August 2010 on non-compliance with statistical reporting requirements (ECB/2010/10).
