Visitors are admitted to Latvijas Banka during working hours by prior appointment via telephone +371 67022300 or e-mail
Submission of applications
Any person may submit an application or an information request to Latvijas Banka as well as ask for reference.
Latvijas Banka will respond to applications in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Submissions and the Freedom of Information Law within a reasonable period of time.
Latvijas Banka will respond to applications subject to other processing procedure laid down by laws and regulations in accordance with the relevant procedure.
An application can be submitted to Latvijas Banka in several ways.

As every person has access to the electronic signature (eSignature) tools and a possibility of creating an e-address for a secure communication with public and local government institutions, Latvijas Banka invites the submission of an electronically signed application by e-mail
