Tasks
- ensures the implementation of Latvijas Banka's personnel management policy, inter alia develops proposals for its improvement,
- fosters the maintenance of a work environment corresponding to Latvijas Banka's values and the achievement of high-quality work performance by developing the system of the professional growth and motivation of Latvijas Banka's employees,
- in collaboration with other departments prepares proposals for the improvement of Latvijas Banka's structure.
