A new facility – the macro-economic scoreboard – has been launched on the euro area statistics website "Our statistics" (https://www.euro-area-statistics.org). It allows for the comparison of country performance, using the external/competitiveness indicators ("Current Account Balance", "International Investment Position", "Real Effective Exchange Rate", "Export Market Shares", "Nominal Unit Labour Cost") and internal indicators ("House Prices", "Private Sector Credit Flow", "Private Sector Debt", "General Government Sector Debt", "Financial Sector Liabilities" and "Unemployment Rate"). It is also possible to identify potential risks of euro area countries according to the set thresholds.
