Quarterly Bulletin Latvia's Balance of Payments

The bulletin Latvia's Balance of Payments (ISSN 1407-0642) is published on a quarterly basis (in the fourth month after the end of the reporting period) in Latvian and English. The balance of payments summarises economic transactions of Latvia's residents with the rest of the world (non-residents). The balance of payments is compiled following the guidelines of the IMF publication Balance of Payments Manual, 5th edition. The bulletin also includes effective exchange rates of the lats, Latvia's international investment position, data on Latvia's external debt and data on foreign direct investment broken down by activity and country.
Starting with the first issue of 2009, the publication is available only in electronic form.
